畢業於香港演藝學院榮譽學士（芭蕾舞），於就學期間獲頒獎學金，赴上海進行舞蹈藝 術交流，擁有十五年豐富舞蹈教學經驗，專注於芭蕾舞及編舞，曾於多間舞蹈機構及學 校擔任導師，並帶領學生參與各類大型比賽，屢獲佳績。 曾於第42屆全港公開舞蹈比賽（芭蕾舞公開組）及第八屆東盟青少年舞蹈交流賽（新加 坡）均榮獲金獎。舞台演出經驗豐富，曾於香港芭蕾舞學會《睡美人》匯演中擔任獨舞 角色。亦掌握多種舞蹈風格，包括爵士放克、抒情爵士及女子嘻哈。

Graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours ) degree in Ballet from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. During studies, was awarded a scholarship to participate in a dance arts exchange program in Shanghai. Possesses fifteen years of extensive experience in dance education, specializing in ballet and choreography. Has taught at multiple dance institutions and schools, consistently guiding students to achieve outstanding results in various major competitions. Awarded the Gold Award in both the 42nd Hong Kong Open Dance Competition (Ballet Open Category) and the 8th ASEAN Youth Dance Exchange Competition (Singapore). Holds rich stage performance experience, having performed as a soloist in the Hong Kong Ballet Group’s production of Sleeping Beauty. Also proficient in various dance styles including Jazz Funk, Lyrical Jazz, and Girls Hip Hop.
