在教學及編舞上擁有豐富的經驗，她曾於本地不同大型舞蹈中心、 幼稚園、中小學任舞蹈導師。 曾於澳門當代舞展，廣東現代舞周及台北藝術村發表其編舞作品。

- 香港演藝學院舞蹈藝術學士(榮譽)學位，主修芭蕾舞
- 英國皇家舞蹈學院Grade 8 及Advanced 1
- 美國瑜伽聯盟認證RYT-500及 YACEP 注冊導師
- 台北寶藏嚴國際藝術村駐村藝術家
- 橋仔頭糖廠藝術村駐村藝術家
- 泰國清邁駐The Land Foundation 村藝術家
She has extensive experience in both teaching and choreography.
She has worked as a dance instructor in various large local Dance Center, Kindergartens, Primary and Secondary schools.
She presented her choreographic works at the Macao Modern
Dance Festival, Guangdong Modern Dance festival, and Taipei
Artist Village. Singapore.
